Hello and welcome to the sports blog for August 2021. In this blog we will look at the sports that we have covered along with my own views. We will then tell you what we will cover next month.

Football

2021 Summer Transfer Window

A lot of big transfers have happened during the last month of the

transfer window including Cristiano Ronaldo returning to Manchester

United. -

Premier League

Leicester City beat Manchester City 1-0 to win the Community Shield. The season is underway with some big results. Arsenal have lost all 3 games. Manchester United have started the season ok.

EFL

The new season is underway. Swansea City have not had a good start in the League under new manager Russell Martin and trying to get used to his style of football which I am not a huge fan of right now and really worried for the Swans.

Fantasy Premier League

We have once again set up a Private League on the Official Fantasy

Premier League game if you have a team and want to join the code is

b24m60

Formula 1

Esteban Ocon won the Hungarian F1 Grand Prix. It has been announced

that the Japanese Grand Prix is cancelled. Max Verstappen won the

Belgian F1 Grand Prix which was abandoned due to a wet track and the

weather continuing to be bad other drivers and teams have been

complaining about this..

JoJo was apparrantly released a few months ago. WWE Hall of Famer The Nature Boy Ric Flair has been released from his contract after he requested it. NXT talent Bobby Fish, Bronson Reed, Mercedes Martinez, Tyler Rust, Kona Reeves, Leon Ruff, Jake Atlas, Ari Sterling, Desmond Troy, Zechariah Smith, Asher Hale and Giant Zanjeer have all been released.
