Here is the sport blog for end of March 2022.

In this blog we will look at the sports that we have covered along with my own views. We will then tell you what we will cover next month.

 





Football

Fantasy Premier League

We have once again set up a Private League on the Official Fantasy

Premier League

The title race between Manchester City and Liverpool is now down to 1 point as they play each other next month in a game which will probably decide who will win the League. The fight for top 4 and to avoid relegation continues.


EFL

There have been more managerial changes throughout the Leagues. The

fight for automatic promotion, play-offs and to avoid relegation

continues.

 

Guinness 6 Nations

In round 4 France beat Wales, Scotland beat Italy and Ireland beat Scotland.


In round 5 Italy beat Wales which was a big shock, Ireland beat Scotland and France beat England. France won the 2022 Guinness 6 Nations Championship and Grand Slam.



 

Formula 1

F1 race director Michael Masi as been fired from his role. Haas have fired Nikita Mazepin as a driver and have replaced him with Kevin Magnussen for the 2022 season. Charles Leclerc won the Bahrain Grand

Prix after both Red Bulls had to retire from the race. Max Verstappen won the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.



 

WWE

They have continued announcing matches for their WWE NXT Stand and Deliver and WWE WrestleMania PPV’s next month. They have also announced that Vader will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2022 along with The Undertaker. They have continued their weekly shows and have had a few new champions.




 

All Elite Wrestling (AEW)

AEW held their Revolution PPV which was very good. Former WWE

Wrestlers Shane "Swerve" Strickland, William Regal and Jeff Hardy have

signed for the company. They have continued their weekly TV shows.
