Hello & welcome to the sports blog for May 2020. In this blog we will look at the sports that we have covered along with my own views. We will then tell you what we have covered next month.

 

Football


Premier League

Players have returned to training they are now doing contact training.

They have confirmed that the League will resume on17th June. Club are trying to keep players who contract expire at theend of June until the season ends but not all of these have been confirmed yet. Fantasy Premier League We have once again set up a Private League on the Official Fantasy Premier League game if you have a team & want to join the code is 04fad7


EFL

2 have decided to end their season early the League will be decided via a points per average for the remaining games teams will be promoted, relegated and there will be play-offs. League 1 have not yet decided what they are going to do with their league but I think they will end it early. Rugby Union




Ospreys

WWE

WWE held their WrestleMania 36 PPV over two nights for the first time ever in a empty performance center it was very good. They have released and furloughed a lot of wrestlers, other talent and backroom staff. They are still doing their weekly shows and are currently announcing matches for their Money in the Bank PPV next month. We have a WWE blog with all the latest news and results. F1

Sebastian Vettel has announced he is leaving Ferrari at the end of the

2020 season. They are hoping to start the season in July but nothing

WWE

WWE held their Money in the Bank PPV which was good. They announced

Backlash as their next PPV which will take place next month and have

been announcing matches to take places. Becky Lynch announced she is

pregnant and has vacated the WWE Raw Women’s Championship to Asuka.

They have also announced a NXT TakeOver In Your House PPV for next

month. They have also now introduced a brand to brand invitational

All Elite Wrestling (AEW)

AEW held their Double or Nothing PPV this month which was very good.

They crowned their first ever TNT Champion and also crowned a new

Women’s World Champion. Brian Cage made his debut for the company.

They have announced their upcoming PPVs. FTR formally known as The
