Here is the sport blog for end of February 2021.
Hello and welcome to the sports blog for February 2021. In this blog we will look at the sports that we have covered along with my own views. We will then tell you what we will cover next month.
Premier League
The transfer window closed at the beginning of the month with some transfers. Liverpool have lost a few games not been good for them at home. Manchester United had a good month. It looks like Sheffield United are relegated but still wait to see which other two teams will go down as well. The fight for the European places also continue. VAR is still causing trouble as the referees are still not getting all the decisions right when making them.
Fantasy Premier League We have once again set up a Private League on the Official Fantasy Premier League game if you have a team & want to join the code is 04fad7
EFL
The transfer window closed at the beginning of the month with some transfers. More managers have been sacked and new managers appointed.
Swansea City have had a good month in the League. The fight for automatic promotion, play-off places and to avoid relegation continues throughout the EFL. Some games were postponed this month due to waterlogged pitches and Covid19.
Guinness 6 Nations
In the first round Scotland beat England, France beat Italy and Wales
beat Ireland. In the second round of games England beat Italy, Wales
beat Scotland and France beat Ireland. In the third round Italy beat
Italy while Wales beat England but the France vs Scotland game was
postponed due to Covid19.
