did you know that in 2013 More than 8,000 people helped score banks by the level of customer service, ahead of a new current account switching guarantee. or
that in 2013 Which? surveyed more than 5,500 people to find out how happy they are with their current account, savings, mortgage or credit card provider.
The Bank of Scotland received the lowest overall score of just 47pc. Barclays, Halifax/Bank of Scotland, NatWest/RBS and Santander all had an overall score below the 58pc average.Building societies fared better than the high street banks and all achieved an overall score above 58pc.
